Colombian - Finca La Despensa - Single Origin
This is the very first coffee that we offered when we started our coffee journey some years ago and it remains a favorite of our's and our customer's. This coffee is handpicked by a very small number of farmers (on average 3-6) to ensure that only the ripe cherries are harvested. The harvested cherries are passed through a pulping machine that separates the skin from the pulp. The coffee remains in water-filled fermentation tanks for up to 12 hours. This coffee is then dried for approximately 21 days and turned regularly to ensure proper drying.
